The City of Page is working to develop a streamlined design guidelines document that will incorporate recommendations and comments made during public outreach, housing objectives, downtown goals, and the land use analysis. The goal will be to enhance the character of the area and improve key conditions in order to support other economic objectives.
The design guidelines document will focus on form (e.g., setbacks, building heights, floor area ratios (FAR), and parking) general material types, signage, amenities, and public spaces. The resulting document will be an implementable, easy-to-use set of guidelines that are designed to enhance Page's existing character, retain its residents, and attract new residents and businesses to the community.
